We have been working in the field of workforce learning development and project management for over fifteen years. Projects vary greatly and include regional, county-wide, local and organisation based initiatives. We have gained considerable expertise in developing effective infrastructures and have involved a broad range of partners in our work.
We have
- carried out detailed project evaluations,
- produced various training materials, both in written and video format.
- run local, regional and county-wide events including conferences and network/support meetings
- recruited and supported over 100 ULRs in two years
- organised training in literacy and numeracy at a range of levels including literacy support for over 150 individuals.
